SPECIMEN HOLDERE&MP 9.003 Dielectric Research October 26, 1959 Dielectric specimen holder developed by the National Bureau of Standards for use at temperatures up to 500 degrees C. The controls for the electrode spacing and the measurement of the position of the movable electrode are located outside the heated space to eliminate the effects of such temperatures. This holder is constructed of stainless steel 22746-4-2386 (Fig 3)
