A miniature power line that fits into a steamer trunk is being demonstrated here by R.L. Witzke, industrial engineer of the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company.

How electrical voltages fluctuate in coils and wires of this trunk is revealed by the wavy line projected onto the screen, thus giving engineers clues to the operation of actual power lines.
