With a palette of 223 Westinghouse floodlights, adepts of the new art of "painting" building facades at night with colored lights have completed perhaps the most impressive effect of this sort to date, at the 70-story RCA Building at Rockefeller Center.

Warm "surprise pink" and steel blue are the colors used. Sides of the building are lighted to contrast with the front in both color and intensity.
