Horace P. Liversidge, (left), president of the Philadelphia Electric Company, accepts from A.W. Robertson, chairman of the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company, a small scale model of the first unit Westinghouse will manufacture for the Philadelphia Electric Company's new Southwark Station Power Plant now actively under construction on the Delaware River waterfront at Porter Street, Philadelphia.
