This massive bank of machinery, including compressors, motors and condensers is required to generate stratosphere weather in a single York strato-chamber.

Equipment supplies the necessary chilled water to chamber to drop temperature to 70 degrees below zero in a few minutes.

This power plant must work for 20 hours to store up enough chilled water for each stratosphere test in the chamber.
