Electric Laboratories

Sunday, Jan. 10, 1943

This new electronics laboratory at the Westinghouse Lamp Division shows what tomorrow's industrial plants may be like. In a completely air-conditioned room, white-gloved workers perform the delicate assembly of electronic tubes such as those used in military communication equipment. The white walls, floors and work benches are cleaned daily. Workers use a fresh pair of gloves each day.
