Testing Neon tubes at the Bu of Stands.[sic] in Washington to find how long they will burn. Mr. Burnstein is cautiously examining the one that has burned out. The new type of lighting in tubes called fluorescent lighting may be tested just as these are now being tested. That is for length of life.
