Beginnings of the first Helio station in the world. - a power station to derive its energy from the sun. It is designed by a Soviet engineer, and it is the first of a series of such stations destined to supply power for the cotton nurseries in the southern parts of the U.S.S.R. Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
