 HIPERSIL DEMONSTRATIONE&MP 40.028 Electric Transformers ca. 1948 Dr. L.W. Chubb, director of the Westinghouse Research Laboratories, demonstrates the curious ability of Hipersil, a new magnetic material, to carry more magnetic flux, or "magnetism", in certain paths. Dr. Chubb is pointing at a small disk of the new material, which he says has opened up great new possibilities for electrical designers.
